The Directors at Front Runner Logistics have made a commitment to provide a high level of service at all times to our customers. Our objective is to be a Nationwide courier of the highest reputation and we seek to provide a service level that exceeds our customers expectations.

All Front Runner Logistics staff are Cargo Operative (CO) trained.

We have a customer care procedure which is based on communication. Any problem or complaint is given the highest priority, non conformities are dealt with immediately and procedures are subsequently reviewed.

It is our belief that quality comes  from “hands on management.” All our staff know they are making an important contribution and take pride in our service.

We can also supply in house staff to assist in with operational requirements and increases in demand.

Fleet of Vehicles

We currently operate a fleet of sixty vehicles which caters for every possible requirement our customers may have. These include:

  • Articulated curtainsiders, rollerbeds and box tail lifts
  • Articulated temperature controlled rollerbeds
  • 18 tonne curtainsiders and tail lifts
  • 7.5 tonne curtainsiders and tai llifts
  • Luton transit boxes and tail lifts
  • LWB Mercedes Sprinters
  • Escort vans
  • Custom build AOG vehicles (airside)
  • ATF Fleet can be provided

All of our customers are able to track their POD’s real time via our web based tracking service. We have the ability to set up an EDI link with your internal IT system and all our vehicles are fitted with the latest satellite tracking to enable live viewing of our vehicles and security of your consignments.

Insurance

FRL insurance brokers are ICB Barnett based in Egham. A copy of our insurance policy and conditions of carriage are available upon request

Security Arrangements

All our drivers are Cargo Opererative (CO) trained and Haz trained and wear identity tags. If our workload requires that we have to subcontract business to another company, we always ensure that they comply and have signed our security warranty agreement.

Quality Driven

We are committed to quality and currently seeking ISO 9001:2015 Certification which we will have in place by the End of August 2018.
