The Directors of FLL have made a commitment to provide a high level of service at all times to our customers. Our objective is to be a nationwide courier of the highest reputation and we seek to provide a service level that exceeds customers expectations.
We have always pursued a policy of excellence in our business methods and are seeking official recognition. We have retained an independent consultant (Gerald Cockcroft Consultancy) to prepare a QA programme to BS EN ISO 9002 1994 standard. We expect to gain accreditation by Bureau Veritas International within the next 6 months. This programme when approved will be mandatory for all staff to work within the parameters of this system. All FLL staff are trained to level 4 security.
We have a customer care procedure which is based on communication, any problem or complaint is given the highest priority, non conformities are dealt with immediately and procedures are always subsequently reviewed.
It is our belief that quality comes from "hands on management", all our staff know they are making an important contribution and take pride in our service.
